Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes situations where you have changed your mind, selected the wrong item, no longer require the item, or found a similar item elsewhere.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email us with:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- photos of the item and packaging
Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, depending on the situation and availability of the item.
Original Artworks, Handmade Items & One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Many of our artworks, jewellery, crystals and sacred objects are handmade, natural or one-of-a-kind. Small variations, natural markings, colour differences, textures or imperfections are part of the unique beauty of these pieces and are not considered faults.

Return Shipping
If an item needs to be returned because it is faulty or damaged, we will discuss the return process with you before the item is sent back.
For approved returns, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if an item has a major problem, is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.
